For years, TWC was a company that always treated us fairly. Evidenly, their way of doing business has changed as dramatically as their new name. First, a significant price increase after promising a "free" upgrade "because we're upgrading your entire community. After voicing our dissatisfaction, supervisor said "no problem, I can switch you to a different plan and your bill can will go back down." She didn't tell me that home Internet speed would slow down and we'd no longer have access to Passpoint. After upteen calls to tech support, today I saw a different tech support number in this forum from James claiming "issue solved," Better check your facts, James. It won't be difficult, simply call the number you published and ask how many calls they're getting. If there is a solution, they sure haven't heard about it. I've held up my end of the bargain for years -- NEVER missed a bill payment by even a day. Spectrum needs to hold up their end before all of their loyal customers lose all of their patience.
